Cooperation project with DLR
Thanks to our expertise in custom-built systems, we were able to realize an innovative project together with the DLR ( German Aerospace Center) that enables gas conversion processes under near-industrial conditions using high-temperature and high-pressure operation. To ensure efficient reaction control, the process modules are precisely designed to withstand the high pressures and temperatures involved.
To ensure smooth and continuous operation, we have developed a sophisticated monitoring and safety concept. Integrated and perfectly coordinated heating, cooling, and pressure control systems provide optimal protection for the entire system. We have paid particular attention to downstream components and measuring technology, which are protected by special, purpose-built cooling circuits.
Major project from India
This is a large-scale, custom-built medical technology project in India. The central element of the system is a primary heating and cooling system using water as the medium. The cooling circuit is equipped with a 1,000-liter buffer tank and operates within a temperature range of 10 to 50 °C.Additionally, aan500-liter expansion tank is used, designed foroperatingpressure of up to 16 bar.
The heating circuit also features a 1,000-liter buffer tank and is designed for temperatures up to 180 °C at an operating pressure of 16 bar. The system's heating outputis100 kW, whileitscoolingoutputalso 100 kW.
