How can costs be saved? - Purchasing practices and reduction or reimbursement of levies

Procurement of electricity and gas through professional tenders and benchmarks. When we purchase energy resources for our clients, in addition to optimized prices based on their consumption patterns (load profiles), several aspects need to be addressed in the contract. The contract structure is determined by all possible price-influencing factors, such as capacity, asynchronous usage, etc. 

This ensures that every customer has the optimal purchasing strategy, maximizing the reduction or cut in levies indirectly paid through media. It's also essential to examine which legal provisions and applications allow for tax refunds. 

How can consumption be reduced? - Analyze processes

Often the installed power output is far too high for the processes, whether it's a motor, a pump, a burner, an air conditioner or something else: if the units operate at reduced or pulsed speeds, they do not reach the desired efficiency levels and therefore do not operate economically. 

It is often overlooked that unused energy from one process can be used for another process, eliminating the need to purchase it from an energy supplier. For example, waste heat from a compression process like compressed air can be used to heat water or for space heating. Excess kinetic energy can, for instance, drive a generator to produce electricity. 

Where it makes economic sense, solar and wind power also supply process energy.
